Air Compressor Overhaul should be carried out taking into consideration the S/B'y working satisfactory and the vessel is not underway,Pilotage or
in Port.
1.Turn off the C/B,Display tag "Men at Work".
2.Overhaul has to be carried out of the "Suction and Discharge" Valves (Sathe its given in Samant about this)
4.Replacing C/C Oil if required.
5.Checking Bumping clearance.
6.Suction Filter.
7.Condition of Piston,Oil Scraper Ring.
8.Replace Gaskets if necessary.
9.Checking the Relief V/V setting.
